Custom field Issue, SRM 7.0

Hello Experts,

We have recently upgraded from SRM 5.0 to SRM 7.0, we are facing issue with custom fields in shopping cart. We have a custom field which carries data from catalog (bbp_pd_catalog_transfer BADI) and push it to shopping cart item data for validations. This data is not available for doc_check_badi and we are unable to proceed in SRM 7.0.

In debugging mode we can see the data getting transferred successfully to shopping cart item data but is getting cleared at a later point of time.

Please help us on how to solve this issue.
