AFS Consignment Stock Fillup Order when no Company Stock Available

Need some help with the following scanrios.

When company stock is 0 and user create Order Type KB with item Cat KBN and Schedule line Cat E1, we want to warn the user there is not enough stock, and brings the requirement to MRP to generate a Planned Order.

We have tried the following Material Master setting but did not work

1. Setting Checking Group 02 and strategy group 10. This issue warning in Sales Order but put a reject reason in SO. So no requirement to MRP.

2. Setting Checking Group 01 and strategy group 10. This have no warning, and requirement can be seen in MRP, but when run MRP, the system give MRP Block status.

Hello Calvin

This is standard behavior meaning if there is no available-to-promise quantity ( not just stock), then system would take the user to Availability control, delivery proposals and all that jazz. And creating a requirement ( after you save the order) and turning it into a Planned order during MRP run is standard too. I don't think you need to anything here. Or may be I am not getting your issue. Let us know.
