Error in FP_TEST_IA_01

Hi Gurus,

while setting the ADS configuration, there in error i'm getting in FP_TEST_IA_01-
"ADS: com.adobe.ProcessingException: Could not retrieve credential for alias: ReaderRights (200,101).
Well, settings are done according to https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/736902 -
P12 file is uploaded and REadersRights alias is set in NWA side, expiry date is far in the future, but the error still remains. I've deleted them and restarted server several times, but it doesn't help.

Hope you can give me any idea how this can be solved.
