Order Multiple In RMP

Hi

The customer is using SBO 2007 Sp 1 PL05.

When Runnig the RMP the Oder multiple is not include??

Planning Method - MRP

Procurement Method - BUY

Order Multiple - 6

Minimum Order Qty. - 6

The recommendation is not a multiple of 6, do i have to setup someting else ?

I found, the order multiple is link t the lead time, so if the lead time is not met, order multiple is ignored

Are you mentioning the same multiple while running MRP wizard also?

Is there a other place to put th order multiple than under the Plannig Data in the Item master data ?

If there is no Sales Order, forecast, etc. (except Min. Inventory Qty / Level) then the order multiple is not considered in MPR. You must have some order / sales forecast and consider the same in the Data Source in the wizard to get your expected output.

The default setup is from the ITEM GROUP setup in Administration.

Hi,

Check whether the warehouse assigned is Nettable. If sales order to be considered in MRP, mark Consume Forecast(if you have defined a forecast) in SO, also in General Setting, Inventory Tab mark Consume Forecast
