LSO - One Participant Fail

Hi Users,

I have one participant of a course who has attended, however has failed the course.

When following up, I am unable to select 'Failed'

What did the Trainer give the employee regarding that Course?

Hello Sarah,

I'm not sure where to configure that option, but you should look at the different nodes under

Personnel Management > Personnel Administration > Employee Qualifications >Education and Training

as there should be a way for the Trainer to rate the Participant (and an F or Fail should be an option).

Alternatively, use t-code psv2 to manage your "Trainings", and look in the Menu for the Appraisals options.

I'm not sure Remi, I didn't realise that there was a specific option configuration required.. Where in SPRO can I check this do you know?
