*** ERROR => <EsNT> CreateFileMapping name=Global\ES_SEG_00_001 ,size=4096 MB, error=1450 [esnti.c      1190]

You have problem with the memory. Check if the server is sized sufficiently for SAP installation. Also check the page file configuration. Follow note 1518419 - Page file and virtual memory required by the SAP system

What is the value of the profile parameter em/initial_size_MB?

Hi Prasad.

1. Have you set the virtual memory setting in OS level? kindly refer the SAP Note 1518419 error in the dev_disp log "*** ERROR => <EsNT> CreateFileMapping name=Global\ES_SEG_00_001 ,size=4096 MB, error=1450 [esnti.c 1190]"

2. In MS Sql MMC you can select the DB properties check the file locations drive free space.
