Blank White Screen when user Print Preview using Browser

Dear Community,

When user print preview using SAP Business One web browser, it only shows white blank screen

-The issue is encountered by only one user, on her PC.

-There is no issue when the user prints on another PC.

- The user is using Firefox (Note: Her PC only allows her use firefox, she has issue using other browser)

-User is able to use previously, it is only last friday that it started.

-User still encounters issue even after restart.

The issue is resolved by the following steps:

• Navigate to Tools | Options | Applications.
• Find 'Portable Document Format (PDF)' under 'Content'.
• Under 'Action' set the default action to 'Preview in Firefox'.
