Asset Report

Hi Sap Experts,

Asset History Report T.Code s_alr_87011965 which is used to see the assets report.

My user want to see the 'capitalisation date of asset' and 'rate of depreciation percentage' in the same report.

Whether it is possible in the same report to display both fields in the above report.

Please give me advise.

    Hi,

    Capitalization rate is displayed (if you select the option of 'List Assets'). If it's not, change the layout. For depreciation rate - it's not possible for this report.

      Hi Eli,

      What you said is correct. My User Requirement is when select sort version '0001' select group total Radio button , 'Asset Capitalisation date' and Rate of depreciation fields should come in the report.

    Use the Tcode S_ALR_87012004, to get all the required details as desired.

    Hi,

    As depreciation rate is related to that particular asset, at group level, display of depreciation rate is not possible,

    Using the tcode S_ALR_87012004, we can display asset wise date of commissioning and depreciaition key column wise.

    Hope this will solve your issue.

      Hi, my users want new report, special for Austria, Fixed Asset (in german: Anlagenspiegel (Anlagengitter) . Do you know any report (S_ALR_... of if). It is special report for Austria by law... 268 Abs. 2HGB). Thanks
