With hoding tax not getting updated in BSEG table.

Hi,

With holding tax code is not getting updated in BSEG table for the transactions which are posted throgh MM route like MIR7 and MIRO. But the with holding tax code is getting updated in BSEG table for transactions posted through FI like F-43. This is a SAP bug. Is there any note for this?
