Service Contract Hierarchy in CRM

Hello Experts,

Our company has CRM EHP4.

We are required to develop a new business flow in which partners create service order and fill the right service product that are done.

The partners are taken from an organizational hierarchy tree which is maintained in our system.

Our company wants to create contracts for groups of partners, base on their position in the organization's hierarchy, meaning there will be a general contract to all of the partners and a more specific one with each level in the hierarchy, until the level of a specific partner.

At the creation of the service order, we want the system to suggest the relevant service products from the relevant contracts. Meanings, service products from the partner's contract AND from the contracts of the higher levels in the hierarchy.

Please help

Regards,

Shaked

Hi Shaked,

if I understand your issue properly, I think a "Service Agreement" is the proper object in CRM.

Service Agreement area long-term outline agreement that is valid for a certain business partner or a group of business partners.

It may include information about price agreements, billing, services and service level agreements, but not target values or target quantities.

You can create a service agreement for a group of business partner. The leading transaction category is Group Contract (BUS2000107), you can check the standard transaction type OAS and the standard item category OASP. More information about Service Agreement are available under Service Agreements.

Best Regards
