ESS my trip and expenses "Recommended Actions" field

Hi,

I want to ask

in ESS, for my trips and expenses, in tab All My Trips, it has field "Recommended Actions"

where to set what action will appear?

the problem is, after I create new travel request, in recommended action fields it show "create travel expense report"

shouldn't the recommended action show "edit travel request" or "change travel request" ?
