HCM Processes and Forms - No event created

Hi there,

We are setting up HCM PA-AS (Processes & Forms), the first step is to get one of the standard processes to work.

I have gone through the documentation, the configuration steps in SPRO and as many SAP Notes as I could. I am fairly sure that I have imported all of the data from client 000 but there is no way I can find to make sure of this.

When I run the Transfer process (scenario SOC1), from the portal frontend everything looks fine, I complete the form, send it and get a confirmation number.

But when I look in the back end there is no sign of the workflow starting (trans SWIA) or of the case (trans SCASE), nothing comes up for an event trace (trans SWEL) and there is no entry in the table T5ASRPROCESSES.

Checking the scenario, all the messages are green.

The case model ASR_POBJ exsists.

Event linkages for CL_HRASR00_WF_PROCESS_OBJECT exist and are active

I have also checked the forums and this issue pops up but a conclusive solution is not always posted. I have tried the following ones though:

Does anyone know how or when the event TRIGGERED is called for the object CL_HRASR00_WF_PROCESS_OBJECT?

Is there something else I might have missed?
