ABAP Prog to Retrieve E-recruitment Data.

I will appreciate any help on the below issue.

I am working for a client who needs to extract the data from SAP e-recruitment system into flat files. They need almost all the information they have in the recruitment system for reporting processes which is done through a non SAP environment.

I have never worked on a ABAP program for e-recruitment system, can someone please give me an idea of how this could be done. Are they any Classes or FMs which can be used to get the data.
