Collection rule valuation with zero points

Hi,

In which case or scenarios, a collection rule valuated with zero points. If you refer the SAP note 2452128 there is a collection rule CR00000002 is getting valuated with zero points.

In case you assign the collection rule a valuation of zero points.

If you check the KBA you mention, 2452128 , and check the screenshot where all the arrows with letters are displayed, you can see that in that particular scenario the collection rule was assigned zero points ("Valuation" column).

So, even if the collection rule applies, it will give the assigned points, and this can be zero.
