How to make myinfoview created by me the default landing page in infoview for allusers

Hi,

You can customize the infoview landing page for all users.

You can make some changes on server side.

Go to CMC-> Applications-> Infoview

Go to
Program Files\Business Objects Enterprise 12.0\warfiles\WebApps\AdminTools\

This is the area where you can make changes and it will show what ever you want.

Suppose you want to change the color, you will change the CSS file.

Edit the default.css file with desired values and rename to test.css.

Copy the test.css to
Program Files\Business Objects\Tomcat55\webapps\InfoViewApp\res\schema.blue\

Change the properties of the Infoview application from CMC--> Applications to show the test.css as the style sheet

Leave the rest of the options as the default

Restart the webi processing server

Restart Tomcat

hi,

"MyInfoView" is specific to each individual user in BO XI R2.

I think the content in this defined by you can't be viewed by another user.

Also, in CMC -> BO Enterprise Applications -> Infoview

only 2 options are available for default Navigation 1) Folder 2)Category

MyInfoView feature is provided so that each individual user can customize his/her own view.

I think there is no Option/Setting available to make your "MyInfoView" visible to all users as default page after login to Inofview.
