Hi,
I would like to understand if there is a way to create a customer dashboard and assign it to multiple users.
From my understanding, it is not possible to do it in the Overview of a Work Center (meaning that, in this case, every user can create his/her own) but it could be done via Insights Work Center. If it is so, then I am wondering: - dashboard created are visible to all users assigned to that WoC? - Is that WoC creating issue with licenses management?
I do not think so, but I want to be 100% - if that WoC is assigned to all employees and we created different dashboard, could it create issue with information visibility and access restrictions? How can I prevent users to have access to a dashboard showing data they are not allowed to see?
Could you please give me an overview on this?
