Service Entry Sheet Release Strategy workflow should Trigger based on Relea

Hi Friends,

For BUS2091 - Service Entry Sheet

At the time of creation of Service Entry sheet a external mail ( Outlook ) should trigger to the user based on Release strategy .

Release strategy like A1 A2 Workflow should trigger a mail to outllook Automatically based on the Released strategy .

How can i achieve this ..
