need to now upload some legaccy assets, after uploaded all assets

Hi All,

At the time of implementation u2013go live(1.4.2009) time Client couldnu2019t provide Asset values, 2 weeks back client gave data for the Assets, so we uploaded Assets as per client provided details and passed JV each Asset Class wise. Accu depre upto 31.3.2009

That all are fine.

Now client is asking ,need to upload some more(10) assets for Asset Class Machinery.

1.I will upload those 10 Assets and values using t.c:AS91.

Now my query is

At this time if i pass JV in t.c:OASV for these 10 Assets total

Is it enough and right?

or

1.should I reverse old OASV JV(which I passed for machinery) and need to pass a new JV for the old and these 10 assets total.

2.in OAYC (Period in which Depreciation was posted)-should I give F.Year 2008 period 12, is it required or not?

(now it is blank and 0)

Please guide me.
