S_ALR_87012284 report

Hi experts,

The standard S_ALR_87012284 report provides figures on YTD basis.Can anyone give me suggestions on how to change the report to display on month basis.

You can use reporting period field in the further selection to get data on monthly basis.

Thanks for ur reply but i want the report to be displayed for the year not as the cumulative value but the in the report the values for each month as jan feb etc.. has to be displayed.

You're going to have to write your own report for that; it's not the way a balance sheet and P&L report works. You can summarize at certain levels and you can restrict the analysis timeframe but you can't break out the values in time bucket columns.

Thank u Brad but can u give me some idea about where the month wise values are stored in the db so that i could create own report for the same.
