Popup for sales contract while creating sales order

Hi,

I am trying to create sales order. When enter product id, I am not getting any popup for sales contract, though sales contract exists for that product and sold-to-party. Can you please let me know, why I am not able get this popup for sales contract.

Do I need to do any customization for this? Or is it not standard SAP functionality?

Please let me know, How can I achieve this functionality.

Hi Sandeep,

Just refer the [link|http://help.sap.com/saphelp_crm70/helpdata/en/49/916d594644200ce10000000a42189c/content.htm] and check your configuration and crieteria to contract determination.

Sandeep,

Ensure that the field "Contract Determ" is set to value "F" for your Transaction type of Sales Order in Tcode CRMC_PROCESS_MA.

Hi Sandeep,

check if you have activated the setting in the transaction type (SPRO>CRM>Transactions>Basic setting>Define transaction type) which you are using for contract determination. If not then set the value to E or F and test it again if it works.
