How to Delete Messages without Archiving

Hi

We need to delete all the message (Schedule deleting) . but we need to retain last 2 months data

Is it possible to do only deleting without Archiving.

If possible how to give the retaining period

If you give the retention period of 2 months it should delete all the messages which are beyond 2 mnths old....others will be retained.

Go through this thread.. there you find the pdf link for setting the retention period as well as the report name which will delete the message w/o archiving.
