upgrading from 4.6 to ECC6.0 workflow impact

when exporting/importing workflow from system to system, will incorporated rules/roles/bor be moved as well?

I have about 10 custom workflows in 4.6 system, and we are upgrading to ECC6.0, will upgrade overwrite all the custom workflows please?
