Automation of Process: currency translation rate

Hi,

In routine work we have to update currency translation rate (s_bce_68000174) every week, Because of many manual entries and thereafter quality check of all these entries, takes this process time a lot.

Can we automate this process and optimise the time and efforts?

Is there any possibility to upload excel table of currency translation in SAP? If yes! How?
