Please let me know the Difference between SAP 4.7 and ECC 6.0 mm point of view

Any body is having PPT presentation pls share with me( i know some stuff available in solution browser but i need PPt)

Hi,

SAP R/3 4.7 is based on the 3-tier architecture but ECC 6.0 build in Net Weaver Platform with Solution Manager
