can 2 actions like hiring and termination can be done on same day id fo how?

only action that do not change the status of the employee can be recorded on the dame day. For that you will have to configure additional actions by running the report.

If you run status changing actions on the same day then they will be overwritten. But hiring and firing is not possible in SAP HR.

You cannot have the same action on one day where the employee status gets changed.

Hiring and Termination is not possible on the same day,because of employment status is different.........for additional actions employment status should be same.
