ESS Bank scenario for NZ

Hi,

I am facing problem with NZ Bank infotype ESS sceanrio. Client in Netweaver 7.01 SP05 are unable to see details of a bank record while editing that. None of the fields appear. Only the steps 1-2-3-4 are followed by Previous and Next button instead of master data information.

Could this be configuration issue? Which tables should I be looking at?
