Ins[ection Lot deletion from QA32 List

Hi,

In HALB and FERT master in QM view if 03 setup is activated and for these material if planned order is processed then material comes to QM lot in QA32 t.code at inprocess stage with status REL.

But due to some reasons it is decided to stop proceeding this batch. Then we reverse the material issue for this batch and close the batch (TECO) in COR2 t.code. But till same batch shown in QA32 t. code with status REL.

Is it possible to remove/delete the inspection lot from QA32.

What is best way for close this batch with deletion of inspection lot.

Hi

Lot can not be deleted, it can be cancelled.

1. In QA02, cancel the lot. Lot status will become LTCA

2. Go to BS42. Make a new status profile for inspection lot status filtering.

3. Click on status selection schema --> selection condition

4. In first st. prof column, put QM_L_001, corresponding status field put LTCA. tick the check box "NOT".

In QA32, assign this status profile. LTCA lots will be filtered off.

You can apply LTCA status to lot but you can not permanently delete the same.

Second thing if you with not to display those lots in qa32 then either apply filter by creating variant by filtering LTCA lots

or create profile to display lots excluding LTCA

From the order, I beleive it is under special functions, inspection lot, cancel

Hi,

Please try this..

QA02 Transaction, insert inspection lot number.. enter.

menu : Inspection lot >>>> Functions >>> cancel lot

Inspection lot is now cancelled..

Hope this suits your requirement..

I know this. But after this till lot in QA32 list with system status LTCA.

Is it possible to remove the lots with status LTCA?

See Remember one thing Lots can not be completely removed from QA32.But visibility can be hide either by filters or by creating your own profile

In sap standard it is not possible to deletion for inspection lot in qa32 best suggetion is create selection profile in BS42
