Objective Settings and Appraisals - Settings for predefined perf management


We are using EHP4 on ECC6.0.

The predefined PM process has been configured.

The TDSpecialist has cascaed goals to the manager.

In MSS, there are 2 options for the Manager.

Team u2013 Performance Management -->Maintain Performance Documents

Talent Management --> Performance Management

In scenario where we ar eusing the Predefined PM process, which is the correct link to use?

Help appreciated.
