VA88 issue

Hello Experts,

I got a question regarding the VA88 transaction. Is it possible to run this transaction for month 5 (May) ? i only have to open the co period?

As i can see the VA88 takes all orders (even the ones left behind) so, is there any way to exclude one order from the VA88, i mean i want to make the correction like creating a pca cycle but the order still will be taken into account when running VA88. Any tips for this issue?

Hi,

if you want to settle an order to previous period, the might be also posting into FI (e.g. WIP posting).

You can run it for previous period (settlement period) and decide into which period the settlement should be posted (posting period).

If you want to exclude an order from the settlement, you can execute the settlement via the program RKO7VA88.
