Csutom Reports are not showing up in ByDesign Business Analytics > Design Reports

Hello Experts,

I am facing a strange problem with the custom reports designed in ByDesign. All of sudden from yesterday evening for a particular user alone these reports are not shown. I have checked with the user access rights and everything remains same as other users where the full list of reports are being displayed.

What would be the problem, I am unaware and need support in resolving the same.

Please suggest any options or root cause for the same to resolve.

I think more detailed answer can be achieved through the incident. Lets wait and see how that works out.

Hi Hanu,

This is rather strange behaviour for just one user. How was the custom report created? In the studio? I think maybe opening an incident might be best to addtress this issue, as deeper analysis is probably required.

Yes, I did open an incident with SAP assuming the same it needed a deeper analysis. I created the reports from the web UI not from the studio but the underlying data sources are of created with the help of SDK.
