LOV

I need to create a dynamic list of values for the input parameter. How do i do it? Should the lov be created and stored in teh server and later used in the report? Pls advice.

Eg.

User input parameter1: Sales date: 3/29/2009 (user Input)

User input parameter2: Country: List of countries to be populated dynamically -> User selects from list.

I am looking for how to create parameter 2? I know there could be two types to get solutions for this -

1) The dynamic lov is populated as of the parameter input date or

2)The dynamic list is generated for all countries irrespective of the sale date (for all sale dates).

Any solutions both senario 1 nad 2 are welcome 😊 Thanks.
