MMAM tcode

Hi,

When i use the tcode MMAM to convert a material from one type to another i want the valuation class to be changed too..for both the materials the same set of valuation classes are present.Is there a way to set a default valuation class for a material type??While executing the code MMAM user receives prompt to change valuation class from AAAA to BBBB...How can this be done...

Hi,

If your valuation class differ for both Material type then system ask you to enter the new valuation class instead of existing valuation class.

system will not process with existing valuation class. if differ valuation class.

Hi,

In t.code:MMAM - is used for changing the material type .If you change the material type in MMAM transaction automatically the valuation class will be changed in material master. The system will take the changed material type valuation class which was created for that material type.Before changing consult with FICO team also.

Hi,

Whenever you change the mateiral type same way you have to change the valuation class also.

you have same valuation class for both mateiral.
