Dear Gurus,
Working on SCM 5.1
SCM APO - SNC.
We are connected One APO System to Two ECC Systems...
We are CIFing Raw Material From ECC to APO..
But the Issue is ... In 2 ECC System we are having the same Raw Material No...
But the Base UoM is different.....
So the system Fails while CIFing....
Is anybody knows How to resolve this issue as we ca.not change the Base UoM of any ECC system??
Regards,
Rajesh patil
Hi Rajesh,
I suggest in two different ECC systems, you can
configure your material names one with preceeding
zeros and another without. This will avoid easy
transfer of data between multiple systems

Hi,
Have you set up integration model? In that you must have defined two separate business system groups (BSGs). The separate BSGs would take care of such conflicts.

Hello Rajesh,
I believe in your scenario, wherein you have two connected ECC systems with different materials with same name, you will ahve to configure two different Business System Groups or BSGs.
Again, thats just my opinion.
See if it helps.
