PSA deletion issue

Hello Gurus,

I load every week day a delta load from 2lis_02_scl datasource into a target DSO XYZ, on weekend i try to load Full repair request into a different target YYY(should load only to this DSO and not delta load DSO) by selecting Full in DTP and enabling Only load last loaded request and then I delete the contents of PSA of Full Repair by a program since i could not delete only the full repair PSA request from manage screen of PSA since whole process is automated.

The issue i am facing is on Mondays is when i trigger my delta load , my chain fails at DTP level, stating there is already a request(Full Repair) in PSA but without any data.

Now i need to delete only the full repair request in PSA or run the chain without any error. Can somebody throw some light on the issue.

Check this. There is no such thing as cannot in BW. Everything is possible... Only need to search a bit longer for some solutions...

Hi,

Can you please mark Repair Full Request as RED in PSA. Then try to execute delta DTP.

do the full repair infopackage. run the DTP to your weekly DSO. then run a dtp with no data transfer to your daily dso. this way you don't need to delete the psa request and the next daily run to your daily dso the full repair request will be ignored.

Hello Mario,

I want to automate the process and with your suggestion we cannot automate the DTP setting with "no data transfer" setting. I knew this option but it doesn't suffice my requirement.

Every week day it is delta load and on weekend we fill few docs in setup table and trigger full repair load for 2lis_02_scl and 2lis_02_itm datasources.
