ITSMobile HTML Logon frame not in centre of mobile device screen area

Hi,

We are running integrated ITSMobile with the Naurtech Industrial browser for the EWM /SCWM/RFUI transaction set. The logon frame is not automatically adjusted to appear in the centre of the smaller screen on the mobile device and only the top left corner of the frame is partially visible in the mobile browser. I have tried the ~webgui=1 service setting but then after the logon screen the screen fails to render with an HTML error.

I am using the CL_MOBILE_SYSTEM_LOGIN class. With these settings:

~ITSMOBILE 1

~SOURCES z_its,itsmobile

Hi Peter,

Maybe SAP note 1251010 (ITSmobile: Improvement of login page) can help. I am not sure about your current SAP_BASIS version, so it is hard to tell more.

Hello Peter, Could you please try the default itsmobile01 service in your mobile device browser to see if it is correctly rendered? If so, please copy the settings for your service. If not, you will probably need to open a support message for further analysis.

For some reason our instance did not come with itsmobile01 as a default ITS service so I would have to set it up with our logon settings and class anyway.

Hello Peter,

That does not sound correct. The itsmobile01 service is in SICF under default_host > sap > bc > gui > sap > its > test > mobile. Please note the last two tree nodes, it is a little different from most services.
