Add T code in SAP Menu

Dear Team,

I have given same authorazation changes of one of my PP key users in DEV and QAS.

but when he loging in QAS in SAP menu Logistics --->Production Process ->Process management only Evaluations and Environment menu show.

But when he login in DEV in SAP menu Logistics --->Production Process ->Process management ->in this Messege ,Control Recipe , PI sheet , Manufecturing Cockpit , Evaluations and Environment menu show

In DEV so many SAP menu show .now I want to do same menu in QAS also.

How i do this one
