No changes in PM order

Hi,

I want to restrict the user not change the PM order like can't add material, operation, no PR creation.

I tried User status but its not working.

Please help me to resolve the issue.

The User Status does not work as it does not lock the order from changing, neither does it block the PR Creation and other such business transaction though they are available for locking in the User Status Profile. The only option that is left with you is an enhancement or BADI. Use the User Exit IWO10026 this to lock the Order from Changing. This user exit sets the flag Do not perform on the Maintenance Order and hence blocking the order from change. Only if the Order is to be blocked before release.

For Collective Settlement, The Order must have the status TECo. TECO automatically blocks the user from changing the Order.

Hi ,

If you want to stop changes in PM Order after releasing the Order then look into the BADI IWO1_SCREEN_MODIFY Field Content and Display Modification is helpful or no .. , You can also check for authorisations and locking options in MO ..
