.NET Infoview missing images/components

Hi all, I have been able to successfully configure the SSO for the .NET Infoview but, when i login i can see the links but not images. They have a big red 'X' mark in place of images. What am I missing?

Same thing with the opendocument. I am trying to open a crystal report but there is a javascript error "Object Expected". It is looking at something but is not able to find it.

I am on XI 3.1 Windows 2008
