Cannot Create Bookmark - Knowledge Mangement

While saving favouites in Knowledge Managment , I am getting " Cannot create bookmark"

Please help in this regard.

Hi,

"create bookmark" create a link in the folder of the user in the KM.

- Check that the KM is working: System Admin -> Monitoring -> KM. Everything should be green, especially for Repository Manager -> Userhome

- Check that the user has rea/write permissions to his home folder. Content Administration -> KM -> KM -> userhome. Go the userID of the user and check that he has read/write in the Favorites folder.
