Task not shown under business Work place

Hi All,

I am basically a PI consultant, But i configured ECC using PPOCW transactions for Inbound IDOCs. The purpose was to bring any failed FIDCC1 IDOC to inbox of the expert. I added the correct inbound IDOC error task and assigned user to it.

It was working fine but all of sudden, one day that task got removed from the in-box of that user. It doesn't show any IDOCs any more. I am not sure, but i checked everything that i configured during production deployment.

Can any body please suggest what should i check and what could be the reason?
