Task not shown under business Work place

Hi All,

I am basically a PI consultant, But i configured ECC using PPOCW transactions for Inbound IDOCs. The purpose was to bring any failed FIDCC1 IDOC to inbox of the expert. I added the correct inbound IDOC error task and assigned user to it.

It was working fine but all of sudden, one day that task got removed from the in-box of that user. It doesn't show any IDOCs any more. I am not sure, but i checked everything that i configured during production deployment.

Can any body please suggest what should i check and what could be the reason?

Hi Kulwant,

I would guess there are changes to your org structure and/or changes to the person who is supposed to receive those tasks.

First, run SWI2_DIAG to see if these tasks are going into error.

If there are no errors, you should run SWI2_FREQ (or SWI1) to see all dialog tasks created, say, for the past week or so).

Drill into a task and look for the Agents > Selected Agents. This is most likely where you will see errors.

I am not specifically familiar with your scenario - but please double-check that your IDOC user is still valid.
