How to use Merge Modules to deploy my web application to my IIS web server

Hi, I know I need to deploy my web project using the merge modules. In the instructions I found it says to

In VS .NET, open your web application and on the View menu click Solution Explorer.

In the Solution Explorer, right-click your web application solution, click Add, and then click New Project. The Add New Project dialog box appears.

When I right-click my web application in my Solution Explorer and click Add I do not have the option of "New Project". Not sure if I'm using the wrong instructions or what.

Also, I am using Crystal Reports version 11.5..3700.0, what merge modules files should be included in my project?
