CR XI dev R2 and Visual Studio 2010 CR

I have been working on Crystal Report XI R2 for a while. But its a 32-bit application. We are looking for 64 bit reporting tool that intgerates with our 64-bit application.

Visual 2010 provides Crystal report Beta version which is a 64-bit.

So we are looking to upgrade from CR XI R2 to Visual 2010 CR. I would like to know the difference between these two and what new features are introduced in Beta version of VS 2010
