Display data present on RPM portfolio managment

Hello all,

I am new to RPM i need to display 'General Information' data present on

Portfolio Managment->initiative dashboard...I am using abobe form to display data.

Can anyone please tell me how display data on form. Is there any Bapi or tables used to display ?

How can we link approval document to portfolio ??

can we link proposal number in 'basic' tab with initiative external id

Hi Meena,

You can use the BAdi implementation /RPM/IM_INITIATIVE_PFS_FORM of enhancement implementation /RPM/PFS/FORM.

Thanks for giving suggestion..i have used table inm-initiative to display data...Its working now.

Now i want to display quotation data which is coming from sap. quotation number and project number

can be seen in object link tab of project management..We need to fetch data from erp to rpm. IS there any way to do this. Need suggestion as early as possible.
