SAP Xcelcius Present 2008 : Some basic questions

Hello All,

I am a total newbie to data visualization and Xcelcius (which is now migrating in the SAP product line)

I have installed the following version of SAP Xcelsius Present 2008.

Please guide me which Service Packs or Hotfix do I need to download and apply in order to have the latest version from the page below :

Also please tell me how can I dynamically export data from Standard SAP report to generate graphs in Xcelcius. I am asking since the SAP connection menu in my installation is showing all items as greyed out.

I have the SAP GUI 7.10 installed on my Laptop. Do I need to logon to SAP first in order to activate the link between SAP and Xcelcius.
