In the column chart i am selecting category lebel (x) till 12 cells as i will have more months data coming but when i refresh the connection ony two months are coming in chart but when i see it in bi side its more and xcelcious snapshots is also showing only two rows after the dashboard preview.

HI Amiya,
Can u check once the Bindings that you gave to XML Maps and excel sheets.
How many rows did u gave at the time of retreiving the data.
Check it once most of the times that may be the issue.
If you dont know the process of incresing the row size of the XML Map properties, please let me know ill send a
detailed information.

Hi Amiya,
You can select " Data" Menu -
> from there you can select "Import External Data" -
> Select "Data Range Properties".
This is the case with 2003.
I hope in 2007 you can get the properties from the Data Sources Tab.
Just check in the XML Data Source properties.
I'll let u know the 2007 scenario in few mins(I'll check on other machine).

From my experience, XML Maps are not so flexible. I have not seen a way to expand the range. Probably working with an xml source which returns you the biggest possible data range druing the first import itself may be an option.
I have seen XML Data connection are more flexible. There you have an option of choosing the data range. However some programming may required to remodel you xml out to support the format for XML Data connection.
