ABAP Dump error - GETWA_TOO_MANY_SEGMENTS

Hi Experts,

We have a batch job scheduled for deliveries, and sometimes it ends with a job failure with the below message" GETWA_TOO_MANY_SEGMENTS ".

I analysed the short dump and it occured to be due to the following reason.

The termination occurred in the function "get_segtab" of the SAP

Basis System, specifically in line 1228 of the module

"//bas/46D/src/krn/runt/abgetwa.c#21".

The internal operation just processed is "BRAX".

Additional Information:

The termination occurred in the ABAP/4 program "SAPMJ3AS " in

"J_3A_PROGRAM_LOAD".

The main program was "WS_MONITOR_OUTB_DEL_GDSI ".

The termination occurred in line 0

of the source code of program " " (when calling the editor 00).

The program "SAPMJ3AS " was started as a background job.

Can anyone let me know the root-cause of this issue and a way to get it resolved. May be by way of a SAP note.
