Hi all,
In my requirement I need to capture the changes done in the service ticket transaction in web-ui. I am able to capture the changes for almost all the fileds through standard change document CRM_ORDER. But I am not able to capture the subject field changes. I didn't found any subject field relevant change document structure in crm_order change document. Can any one guide me how to create the change document structure? Data base table related to subject field here is CRMD_SRV_SUBJECT.
