More line items to PR

Dear Colleagues,

Could you please advise me how can I cut and paste more items to a PR from an excel sheet, I have 100 items on my excel sheet which I wants to create a PR, but my PR is showing only 10 lines.

Dear Prakash,

You may also collapsed the header and item detail. By doing so, approximate you have 20 items copied to the

line item without the grid control.

Go to ME51N. Enter line items like 10, 20 etc upto 110. put the cursor on the last line item and right click. select "Duplicate" and press enter. Now, another 10 line items will open. Again continue the same process and you will be able to enter as many line items as you want.

Hi, you can use one of the suitable standard SAP BAPIs to do this, check with one o fthe technical consultants.

Make an upload program using BDC or LSMW. It will be the best option else you need to cut & paste 12 line items every time from the excel.

Go to Personal Setting > Basic Setting > Uncheck itemoverview grid control check box

Hi,

PR have mix 999 line item but after 10 line item press page down cursor. it will show the further line item.

if it is regular work. then ask ABAP to extend till 50 line item per display so, system will show max. 50 line item in one shot.
