iView HRECM00_PLANNING_OVERVIEW in ECM does not show any budget columns

Hi Experts,

HRECM00_PLANNING_OVERVIEW does not show any budget values columns even it showed last time I accessed. Is there any potential change which make the budget information column hidden.
