Transfer from Stock Intransit Back to UR to supplying Plant

Dear all guru,

I have the scenario that

1. I create STO : ME21N ex 5 PCS transfer from plant1 to plant 2

2. Create Outbound delivery ref STO : VL10B with ref to STO

3. Post GI from outbound delivery : VL02N 5 pcs -> Stock move from UR of plant 1 to plant 2

4. Plant 2 GR ref STO : MIGO MVT 101 only 4 pcs and want to return 1 pc to plant1

How should i do for return 1 pc that already post to stock in transit to plant2 to UR stock of plant1 ?

I already try with VL09 but system pop up error message that we already GI 4 pcs to plant2. system doesn't allow.

Please help.

Hi Junthima ,

Partial MIGO against STO means you have accepted the goods at receiving plant end. then you have to receive the goods fully at receiving plant end.

Phyically the goods received at receiving plant end. so, logically u have to receive the goods at system wise.

then if u want send the goods agian u have to create Plant to plant (301).

Thanks for the answer but I accually want to recieve only 4 pcs not for all of them. Do we have other solution for solve this issues?

It is not possible with out receiving the stock in Receiving plant to get back the material to supplying plant.If it is complete reversal it is possible and partial it will not allow you.So receive the material in receiving plant then create return STO.

You issue i understand..

But in Business once Outbound delivery created & Received at Receiving Plant Gate you should make entry for whole material.

So, once Plant ackowledge then you should receive all the qty. then only you have to further if excess qty . then you resend .

I think this is the logic also. becuase if generally the Trasporter then which copy will and what is the proof for returning parial qty.
